Rental Procedure
The Recreation Centre, located at 1950 Lodge Drive is available for rental by residents of River Springs during the hours of 8am and 1am. Rates and availability are subject to change. Please check ongoing events for pre-reserved bookings.
Rates range between $5 - $50 per hour plus damage deposite, depending on whether food and alcohol are being served.
Kids parties range from $10 - $25 plus damage deposite, depending on whether the number of children attending is 0-20 or over 20 people. Children must be 12 and under.

Note: please try and contact Jan at least a month in advance before your planned event. A date and time must be confirmed, forms mailed out to you for your signature, then mailed back to Strataco along with your payment. This procedure takes time to complete and you have a much better chance of getting the date/time you want the further you book ahead. Thanks!
Tennis & Basketball courts
Tennis court hours are 8.00am till dusk from May until September.
Basketball court hours are from 8.00am till dusk year round.
Recreational Vehicle Parking
All recreational Vehicles are required to be kept in the River Springs Recreational Vehicle Parking Lot beside the Recreation Centre parking lot. The lot is secured and keys are required to access you vehicle. There is currently a waiting list, please contact Alan Grandy at Strataco Management Ltd. Tel: 604.294.4141 for further information.
